The short version
This app lets you chat during games with your Bluesky crew. We store only what's needed to make that work. We don't sell your data, run ads, or share your information with anyone beyond what's listed below. All chat data is deleted at the end of the season.
What we collect
- Bluesky identity — your handle, DID, display name, and avatar, fetched from Bluesky when you sign in.
- Session token — a random token stored in your browser to keep you signed in. Expires after 30 days.
- Chat messages — everything you send in game chat, stored with your handle and the game it was sent in.
- Reactions — emoji reactions you place on messages, stored with your DID.
- Moderation records — if a message is flagged for prohibited language, a record is kept for the duration of that game to enforce limits.
What we don't collect
No analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies beyond your session token, no IP logging, no device fingerprinting.
Third-party services
- Bluesky / ATProto — handles sign-in. Your credentials never touch our servers.
- Supabase — hosts our database. Your messages and session data live here.
- Vercel — hosts the app.
- Giphy — if you use the GIF picker, your search terms are sent to Giphy's API.
Data retention
Chat messages, reactions, and moderation records are deleted at the end of the season. Session tokens expire after 30 days and can be invalidated immediately by signing out.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Reach out on Bluesky at @axematty.com and we'll take care of it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll post about it on Bluesky.
